Is the Ian Parsons who played drums for The Evan Lyric Sound the same person as the Ian Parson who drummed for the Four XXXX's ?

I heard from Pete Hatton who was in the Power and Glory and was the replacement drummer for Ian Parsons. He joined them in 1967 after his previous band he and his brother were in i.e. The Fiends. I've passed on your question to Pete - just awaiting a reply.
