Sad

I had asked, through these pages, for contacts of old band members. One of those was Colin Richardson the bass player with Ice.

To my surprise I recieved a message from his son through my bands website. Colin had passed away three years ago. I met up with his son, Mark, a few weeks ago and had a good chat about Ice and he scanned some pictures for me, which I will be putting onto my own myspace page in due course.

Mark has set up an appreciation page to the band (and his father) at www.myspace.com/ice

I still want to find out about other old members of the bands I played with during my years in Tamworth. From The Power and Glory (Kippa Wood, Terry Young, Tony Cole) from Duterium (Harold Lord) from Ice (Paul Watts, Steve Sheldon, Andy Radek) from Dickens /Heavy Metal Thunder (Paul Reeves, Paul Braimbridge, Mick Hannerby and Tank Crawford) and from Loose Connection (Ron Hall).

Any help that you can give would be really appreciated.

Thanks

Mick

Mick - I think the MySpace address is:

http://www.myspace.com/icesagaoftheiceking

Do you think it's OK if I use the ICE photos on this site?

Cheers,
Ed

Yes Ed.

It's an appreciation of the band and so I think it wouls be a fitting tribute to the band and Colin to do so. Oh, and thanks for putting me right on the webpage name.

Mick
