3 - The Tavern in the Town
To the left of The Stable is the Tavern in the Town itself. A very popular watering hole for many members of local bands in the late 70s and through the 1980s. Upstairs was the venue for Tamworth Rock Festival Committee meetings and of course, barman at the time, was Rikk Quay.
